Model LCM200 is a Mini Load Cell built for Endurance or Inline Tension or Compression applications. The standard LCM200 Miniature Load Cell sensor model has a very robust construction available in 17-4 Stainless Steel, with male threads on both ends and a 10 feet long 29 AWG 4 conductor shielded Teflon cable. This tension and compression load cell offers an exceptional weight of 0.6 oz (17 g). You will also find small load cells for external matched output readily available.
This compact load cell offers high accuracy. It has Nonlinearity of ±0.5% and Deflection of 0.002” nominal. The standard LCM200 Small Load Cell can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most capacities are in our inventory, making them available for 24 hour shipping. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in USA and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.

LCM200 is a highly sensitive and stable ultra-light miniature tension and compression load cell that is specifically designed for inline applications. Its diameter of 0.8in (20.3mm) and exceptionally low minimum clearance height of 0.4in (10.2mm), combined with male threads, allows for easy and flexible mounting options with minimal impact on the assembly’s height or diameter. The lightweight sensor weighs only 0.6oz (17g).
This high-quality model employs FUTEK’s advanced metal foil strain gauge technology and has an impressive capacity range of 250 – 1000lb. It has a 10-foot long 29 AWG shielded cable that offers flexibility in mounting while preventing interference from RFI, MFI, and other stray magnetic and static fields.
Robust construction
The center covers are seam-welded to the sensor body, providing outstanding strength and enhanced protection against physical damage in addition to withstanding other harsh environmental conditions. A special heat treatment process has been applied to the flexure to improve durability, extending the life-cycle of the sensor.

The exceptional quality of this sensor makes it highly durable and reliable. Its body is made of space-grade 17-4 precipitation hardened stainless steel, which provides high strength, high hardness, low hysteresis and creep properties, and corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range.

The column design results in more stiffness, the load cell is very good for tension loads. It is also suitable for compression loads. Additionally, the LCM200 has excellent response rate, high natural frequency and low deflection of 0.002in nom.

Calibration included
The LCM200 has been tested by FUTEK’s world-class calibration department and is NIST traceable. We can also reduce hidden costs and setup time by calibrating your sensor with FUTEK electronics of your choice. In addition, we offer calibration to ANSI Z540-1 and ISO 17025 standards upon request.
