Description
Model QLA132 is a custom load cell designed to measure wire tension. It is offered in three capacities: 0.5 lb (2.5 N), 5 lb (20 N), and 11 lb (100 N). It can measure wires up to 0.32” (0.81 cm) in diameter, and features a safe overload protection of 500% of the Rated Output. The load cell has a maximum diameter of 1.85” (4.7 cm). This load cell has a nonlinearity of +/- 0.3% and nonrepeatability of +/- 0.3% of its Rated Output. It is constructed out of aluminum and includes a 12” (30.5 cm) 28 AWG 4 conductor shielded PVC cable.
FUTEK’s QLA132 is a Custom Roller Tension Shear Force Load Cell for both closed-loop and open-loop tension control that can be applied in the calendering process of battery manufacturing automation. This model can be further customized according to your roller tension measurement needs.
