Custom Thru Hole/Donut Load Cell

Model QLA249 is a custom thru hole load cell designed for use in both tension and compression. This load cell is designed to be a robust solution for industrial applications. It stands at 3.00” (76.2 mm) tall, with a diameter of 2.48” (63.0 mm). It features a threaded 1 1/8-16-2B x 0.70 inner diameter at both ends. It also offers a load surface of 1.40” diameter (35.5 mm) on each end. FUTEK offers this model in three rated capacities: 2000 lb (8896 N), 5000 lb (22241 N), and 10000 lb (44482 N). It is constructed from 20204-T4 aluminum, offering a light weight of 0.5 lb (0.227 kg) and guarantees a nonlinearity of ±0.5% of its Rated Output. The connector for this load cell is a 5 pin Bendix receptacle.
