Description
Model QLA171 is a cryogenically rated miniature column load cell that offers an impressive compact design at a high rated capacity (15000 lb, or 66.72 kN). It has a diameter of 1.48” (3.76 cm) and a height of 1.00” (2.54 cm). It’s constructed of stainless steel with a raised surface to lower the possibility of off-center loading. This sensor is designed to measure loads in compression and features a 10-ft (3.05 m) 26 AWG 4 conductor shielded Teflon cable. Designed to operate in Lox (liquid oxygen) and tested to survive liquid nitrogen. Developed to test a cryogenic valve.
